New course category created gives not found error

Hi @alex I facing some new idiot issue. Initially i have created 5 course categories. Now tried to create any course category is giving 404 error. Also on front end editor list show only 5 categories. I am able to select category from backend editor for course. But category is not visible on breadcrumb. https://ch-lms.tyche.work/course-category/test-series/ gives not found error https://ch-lms.tyche.work/course/1-intro-to-the-rajya-sabha-structure-composition-and-functions/ category on visible on breadcrumb Please help me to sort this asap. I tried all options I know. Like refresh permalinks. changing permalink structure to default. But nothing helped,.
