After upgrading PHP from 5.x to 7.0.22 I'm getting a "no courses found." message when I access the "all-courses" page. Wordpress and all plugins/theme are up-to-date.

That code is to filter courses based on the user's IP. If they are accessing through our proxy, then they can view X courses and if they are accessing outside our proxy they can view Y courses. So, why does that work on PHP 5.x but fails on 7.0.x? There's a similar code in the home.php file in the child theme which is failing too. Any suggestions?
