Not found translations in Vibe BP Zoom

Hi, I am trying to translate some string and I don't find it in WPML string translations. I don't know where are this strings, maybe hardcoded? The thing is all this strings are in the same page: https://ibb.co/hcBwqYX Thanks!

Checked at our end, Strings are not hardcode. You may need to sync the pot file and translation file as well to get updated strings.

The thing is I suppose I find the proper string https://ibb.co/bdrX9Mh But in the frontend I don't see the translations. So I have doubts if I am translating the correct string, I suppose yes, because is the unique I find it and it's in "vibe zoom plugin" https://ibb.co/p0sVGbp

Ok, can be an issue the strings not synced properly. We need to check at your end. Please share admin credentials and site URL with us.
