Odd Notifications

Hello, We seem to be getting seemingly random notifications for a specific quiz. It seems to just happen with this quiz: https://i.imgur.com/jyGtRJG.png The users displayed here almost certainly did not answer any questions on this quiz. Any ideas why this is appearing?

Yes we noticed that .Well that might also be the result of the same issue with multisite . Actually notifications do not have any content (the string with link to course) .It runs a callback which might map the notification with activity table and matches the exact params in activity table and show the description there . this is where the issue is appearing . Actually this one is related to buddypress architecture with multi-site .

So is there a solution for this? Or is it possible to disable this in the Touchpoint settings? It doesn't really look right.

Yes there is an option to disable the notification . Please goto wp-admin -> lms -> settings -> touch points . disable the notification for all touch points . http://prntscr.com/m2gdcp
