Hi Mr Vibe, We hope you are well and mindful. We need to launch a single course course with two variables:
    1. Only Pre-Recorded Videos and,
    2. Pre-Recorded Videos Plus Webinars for Different Dates.
We plan to use WPLMS Batches and WPLMS Woocommerce. But how can we use it for the same course (not for a second one):
    1. How can we offer unlimited seats only for the Pre-Recorded Videos for let's say: $97?

    2. How can we offer limited classes for Pre-Recorded Videos + Webinar using batches up to 30 students for different dates for let's say $247?

4.1 How can we give unlimited access to the student for his/her specific batch date after he/she finishes it?

    1. How can we include the information in the custom field widget of the course details for the two different variables: Pre-Recorded Videos and Pre_recorded Videos + Webinar?

    2. We are okay to use the direct purchase variation since it shows one popup for Pre-Recorded Videos and another one for Pre-Recorded Videos + Webinar. But how can we achieve that? Ref. https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/wplms-woocommerce-direct-purchase-a-variation/

    3. How can we change the text on the sales page from "Batches" to "Classes"?

Thanks for your hard work and speak soon!

Hi, 3) You can create a course and connect any number of batches with it. When you create a batch then go to batch settings and you can see the batch seats settings. If you leave the seats blank then unlimited number of users can join the group and hence the course will have unlimited number of seats. 4) Similarly if you set the number of batch seats then only the restricted students can join the course and hence the course is restricted. The batch settings overrides the course settings, so if you set the batch seats or batch start and end dates, then these will override the course settings for the students who are enrolled in that particular batch. 4.1) Sorry but I am not clear on this one, can you please share more details on this issue. 5) You can add custom information in the course details widget from the wp-admin->lms->settings->course settings. 6) In the tutorial you shared its shown that you'll have to enable the setting from the lms settings to show the variations in the popup. You can connect the batch with the variations and when the variation is purchased by the user then the user will automatically will get enrolled in the batch connected to it. 7) For this you need to translate the batches to classes using the loco translate plugin.

Thanks for replying most of the questions H.K. Latiyan, I will check them further soon. Yeah, we are aware that we can create a course and connect any number of batches. Now, the most important question is related to the 1 and 2. How can we have two prices with two different features on a singular page course? 1. Only Pre-Recorded Videos for $97 (no need to be a batch for this one) and the second price for $247 2. Pre-Recorded Videos Plus Webinars for Different Dates (several batches for several different dates)? 4.1 What we mean here is after the batch course date finishes the student should be able to access the course for unlimited time. We need that option. How can we achieve that? 5.We need to make sure that the custom information should be clear for the first option only Pre-Recerded Videos for $97 and clear for the second option for $247 Pre-Recorded + Webinar. How can we achieve that? 6.1 Will the wplms-woocommerce-direct-purchase-a-variation popup show the two different prices?

Hi, 1) & 2) You can create different variations of the course refer this screenshot: http://prntscr.com/h1c1s3 You can also create different curriculum for different batch. First you need to enable the setting for this from lms settings, refer: http://prntscr.com/h1c2xa Now you can save different curriculum for different batches connected with that course from front end only, refer: http://prntscr.com/h1c3t1 Now the users who are not enrolled in the course or any batch will see the default curriculum but the user enrolled in different batches will see the different curriculum in the same course. ------ 4.1) Sorry this is not possible. If you want the user to access the course for unlimited time then do not set any batch duration. But if you are setting a specific duration then the user will not be able to access the course after that duration is over. 5) Sorry I am not clear on this one, please let me know what information you want to change for different batch students. 6.1) Yes it will show the two different variations in the popup and the user can select any of those variations.

1.& 2. We don't have plans to use  the current preset variations such as “certificate”, “course retake”, “Course duration” and “badges”. At this point we need to create 2 different custom price variations: pre-recorded videos for $97 and Pre-Recorded  Videos + Webinar for $247. Could you please show us how to create these two specific custom price variations? 4.1 Could you please kindly ask Mr Vibe to include this important function? We need, after the dates for the webinars batches finish, that they should be hidden, but the student must have unlimited access to the pre-recorded videos that are also part of these webinars batches (as the students paid for it). 8. The way the variable pricing display features linked to price is confusing. Also the popup option (course/price variations) is displayed only after the user clicks on the Take This Course. We believe that many users may avoid clicking on that button and giving up the purchase. So would be possible to have something a bit more clear for displaying features and pricing like in this image sample?  https://prnt.sc/h27p8o

Hi, 1) &2) For different prices simply set the variation price: http://prntscr.com/h2q45h For different variations you can set different prices. 4.1) Sorry but this is not conceptually correct, because the batch end date is set so that the user cannot access the course after that date. You are suggesting to change the default behaviour of wplms batches, which is not possible. 8) You can connect each variation with a batch, then go to lms settings and enable to setting to show enroll now button on course page (in batches settings). Now the user will see the enroll now button on the course page for each batch, from there they can enroll in the batch and purchase the variation.
