One session Per User V4 and issues with the PWA

It is mandatory for my site to have only one log-in to every user at a time. please help me with that. Also, I am having an issue with reloads in the PWA at my site. Whenever I reload the PWA page or PWA itself it gives me a blank screen. Also, the chat Firebase components are not working. PS: I am having the same issue on both of my sites.

Issue 1: One Login at a time ---> We have this setting of one session per user in wp-admin > LMS > Settings Issue 2: PWA Blank Page ---> If you followed the tutorial carefully then PWA will work https://docs.wplms.io/pwa
