Hello, See video with issue https://vimeo.com/551173486/9bc014bab2 Live Chat shows more students online than those who are actually online If the student logged in within the last 48 hours or so, it shows them as online Testing send button disappearance on mobile. Code provided by Ada solved this issue. It stays put if the conversation is too long This is what happens when you have multiple conversations The start new chat button disappears if there are too many chats, more than 6 Thank you
