Page Builder not saving new template

Hi- PageBuilder is not saving the templates I create. After setting up column blocks and adding content, arranging them as I like, I click the "Save as New Layout" button, give the new layout a name, and then receive confirmation "Layout saved". But when I check the SAVED LAYOUTS button at the top of the PageBuilder section, it never shows up. Even after updating the page, and also not in admin>WPLMS>PageBuilder Manager. Are there any restrictions on what the new layout is named? Any forbidden characters, such as "/" or "+" or "&" or others? Thanks for your help.

Are you facing issue when given special character in the name or you are unable to save the layout with simple name as well.'
