Hello. I downloaded the PDF Certificate plugin. I designed a certificate with all the fields I want. It does not center.  How can I center each field? Dragging does not work. I've tried dragging each field to the center many times with no success. Also... when I click on the certificate (generating the image), it cuts off about a 1/2" on the right. See Example. How can I fix these two issues? Thanks in advance!

Thank you very much for your feedback.

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin URL and credentials) in a private reply to your site to take better look at the issue.  The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

till then you could wwatch these tutorial videos. - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ylT1j35dUbghttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kyJGVlegWTchttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d9mXInbmFGY

Just in case, I thought I would also mention that the issue is not caused by Jetpack; I did try disabling it.  This issue has happened since I did the update.

    Hey fella,

this is a permalink issue. if you search over the internet then you will see, it happens with the Wordpress itself.

WordPress is a powerful CMS. Sometimes a slight tweak can make your website inaccessible. Another common problem that most WordPress users face at some point is WordPress posts returning a 404 Error.

Fixing WordPress posts returning 404 error

Usually, in this scenario, a user can access their WordPress admin area, their blog’s main page, but when accessing a single post they get a 404 Not found error. First of all, don’t panic most of the time your posts are still there and completely safe. This usually happens if your .htaccess file got deleted or something went wrong with the rewrite rules. What you need to do is fix your permalinks settings.

i went to wp-admin -> setting -> permalinks and saved it.

    voila, it's done.

Note: you do not need to send all these links, it takes a lot of time and extra effort. whenever i will need anything. i will ask you. A good description and a screenshot is enough.

Of course! I should have thought of that. Thank you for your assistance. I'm sure I provided more than you needed; however, with the time difference, not providing you guys with what you need in the first place has slowed down the resolution in the past.
