PDF Certificate Text issue

I am using WPLMS 3.9.9 + WPLMS PDF certificate Add On . the certificate preview/Pop Up from The user profile working fine with correct font and text Except the PDF download button does not work and it just opens a new empty browser tab here is the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/u3yila But the big issue is that the generated PDF certificate does not show any text but only Question marks: https://prnt.sc/u3yjjs as you see in the above screenshot the previous Certificate is messed up totally, my student can not download their certificate any longer please solve this its very important P.S My language is based on Arabic alphabets

This is a font issue. Please upload a good font like FREE Serif in your certificate like : https://pkgs.org/download/php-tcpdf-gnu-free-serif-fonts

hi where to upload the fonts? inside the wplms pdf zip file? how ? font are rpm format you given

Hello, Please refer this tip to include custom fonts in wplms : https://vibethemes.com/documentation/wplms/knowledge-base/add-custom-fonts-in-wplms/ first you need to add the fonts package file and then add some custom css to import it on your page ,only then the font family css will work . If you watch the Generated PDF closely you will find out some letters are missing from texts those are the letters that Arabic Language does not included like : گ پ ژ چ SO that is why I gave you Farsi Font link above! the issue is that WPLMS PDF Certificate addon only works with Arabic font, and if we upload our desired font it does not work!! So Pleaseeeeeee Upload the below Farsi Supported Font instead : https://github.com/rastikerdar/vazir-font/releases/tag/v26.0.2

Yes we are having issue with the fonts . We are checking the pdf certificates plugin code why the fonts are not applying. Please provide us time .Ping back for reminder . https://trello.com/c/gds58zzY

Hi in wplms v4 the pdf addon should be rewrite please fix Persian related font as mentioned above when we can expect a fix?

Well we checked and the arabic fonts are working fine at our end with the aealarabiya.ttf_.zip fonts . please use this font : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/wplms-pdf-certificate-tcpdf-utf-8-bad-encoding-with-special-characters-displays-on-pdf-file/
