PDF Certificates Not working well

Hello. Having a couple of issues: 1. PDF Certificates are not formatting well or change randomly after they are setup: Saved and viewed and then viewed from course or profile This is the setting. 2. Please note the light yellow icons. Assuming this is the button color setting? But is there code to just change those icons to black? Thank you!
