I have a problem with PDF certificates. At the end of the course and obtain the certificate all students see their marks at 0. (zero) How can i fix this?   Thank you.

hi, well i am facing this on your site! https://prnt.sc/sjetje this can be due to improper setting regarding pdf cetificate. please make you have enable mandatory setting for pdf certificate. follow the tips:

Hello, it is strange that you cannot enter since it is enabled.   -I have seen the documentation and the videos several times, and I follow the step by step. Even so the marks on the certificates appear at 0. hi, i have tried to check this again and it shows 403 error to me our country is india i think you have enabled some setting please check the server side if there is any block? and make sure you have enabled all the latest plugin and theme version on  your site this is the main reason behind this issue

Maybe it's because of the country, but there is no block from the server. My country is Chile. As for the plugins, everything is up to date. I don't understand why the rating becomes 0. To appear correctly, I must regenerate the certificate.

Well you need to make sure that your vibe course module plugin(3.9.9.1) and wplms pdf certificates(1.9) plugin is updated to latest version . While we are checking your export for the issue .
