Pending Issues

I need to open a new topic as my old topic is closed for new posts. I updated all plugins and themes. But, I see I have some issues still pending. Most obious two are:

1. When I load Final Quiz, all answers are till marked. You said this was to be taken care in the Update.

I will like to mention that "Final quiz is nothing but all the questions in Modules put together" So, When student takes final quiz, All questions are loaded marked. The answers marked are answers which the student had given in Module exams. e.g. If student answered True for Q 1 in Module 2, The same question will reappear in FInal exam and it will appear marked as true. Hope I am making it clear. THIS is a MAJOR issue.

1. There is only First Name shown in "Certificate of Completion". ( The field Name from registration form). I want to Display First Name and Last Name both on certificate. The short code you suggested ( [certificate_student_field field="First name"] [certificate_student_field field="Last name"]) doesn't work.

Kindly help me implement this.

Well I just checked your quiz and found the quiz to be working fine when I  retook it . check video : http://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cDlhoMQonN The issue appeared due to incomplete submission . 2. Well for this users need to add their both first and last name in the name field .

For me it is same as old. All answers marked, Checked with two different accounts. Also, Talking about incomplete submission, do you expect every student to mark 100% answers?

Name field appears when one goes through signup link. And, can we expect evry student to enter full name? And, When one goes through "Purchase course now" There are two fields "First Name" and "Last Name". And only "First Name" is migrated to "Name". </div>

1. Are you using 1 computer for two user accounts ? Try clearing your browser cache when you switch between the accounts as the local storage in the browser might still be set for the existing user. 2. Unfortunately,this is completely controlled by BuddyPress, the WP first name/lastname fields are synced with the BuddyPress Name fileld. We can only suggest you to create two custom profile fields "First name" (rename "name") and "last name" and then use the certificate_student_field shortcode. I will share more details by replicating this in my setup.. Please wait for my updates.

I have mentioned this so many times. Once again. The final quiz is combination of all questions from Quiz from All modules. The questions appearing in Final Quiz have all been answered by student in previous quizzes. When student takes final quiz all answers given by student in modules quizzes are showing marked in final quiz. So, it renders Final Quiz meaningless. Yes, You are not being able to replicate the issue because YOU ARE NOT replicating issue. You testing something else altogether. The issue arises when 1. One has taken all previous quizzes which marks all the questions and 2. One is taking Final Quiz for the first time. Retaking resets the questions. I am also not facing issue when I RETAKE final quiz. From video I see that you have not taken all previous quizzes and you are retaking the Final Quiz.

1. Are you using the shortcode question in the units and using the same questions in the final exam ? If yes, then this was very recently marked as a bug and it has been resolved for our next update.

This was told to me  3weeks 4 days ago for the same thing. There have been a couple of updates since, but no solution for my problem. Link - https://wplms.io/support/forums/topic/a-couple-of-issues/page/3/ Also, About my certificate issue.

1) Your issue was not related to that update, but fortunately we were able to replicate it on our test setup, and the fix will be available in the next update of vibe course module plugin. 2) Please make sure the first name and the last name profile field is present in the wp-admin->users->profile fields . Then only you can use the shortcode to add the field (case sensitive) in the certificate.
