Plugin Error Message Learning Tools Interoperability Plugin

I have installed the IMS Basic Learning Tools Interoperability Plugin when I activate it I get this message .. Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error. Fatal error: Cannot redeclare is_subdomain_install() (previously declared in /home/adraceu/public_html/wp-content/plugins/buddypress/bp-core/bp-core-wpabstraction.php:202) in /home/adraceu/public_html/wp-includes/ms-load.php on line 24

hi this is because the function is_subdomain_install() is already defined in the BuddyPress plugin and the plugin you are trying to install also defining the same function that's why it is showing this error.
