How can I show the blog posts like a grid of 2 or 3 columns? Now it just shows pots as a list.

Ok, thank you. Is it posible to put the posts in columns? Like 2 o 3 columns. In the blog1, blog2 and blog3 styles I see posts listed, not in grid.
And is there the option to show or not to show de blog sidebar? I see it is shown by default.
