    If we go to Course page and click Preview Certificate (https://prnt.sc/1b0duc1) its showing only short code (https://prnt.sc/1b0e5lw) no name there. Please give us an urgent solution ASAP.

    hi yes it will show the direct shortcode there if the user is not loggedin/user is not enrolled in the course and in your case use is not logged in https://prnt.sc/1b0e5lw
