Pricing Page for Course

I have a pricing page with four subscription options (1month, 2 months, 3 months and 6 months). I want to map each subscription button with corresponding course subscription period (1month, 2months, 3months, 4months) so when user clicks on any one of the subscription option on pricing page, it will take him to checkout page with selection. This will help avoid additional redirects and user need not to go to the course page and selecting period manually and then clicking on take this course button.
