As you can see in your video there are two notices and the notices can be ignored, you can turn off the debug by editing your wp_config.php file present in your wordpress, refer:
http://prntscr.com/engpyv, this file is present outside the wp-content folder.

The other one is a warning which is a major issue but its coming from a third party plugin (woocommerce-marcadoenvious), not from the wplms theme or its plugins so please deactivate this third party plugin or contact the third party plugin author for the issue.

Can you please let me know where the warning appears from the wplms ?
I checked your website the certificate shortcodes are not working because you have styled it, you have entered the shortcodes in capital letters and made it bold, there should not be any kind of stylings on the shortcodes.
Simply add the shortcode in the text mode of editor and then it will work.
