problem teacher page view

I'm in trouble for my site visitors viewing the teacher's profile. The course page is: http://cursodesilkscreen.com.br/course/estampando-camiseta-com-o-silk-screen/ The teacher is: Rodrigo Pereira When you click on the name to see the teacher's profile, it directs you to the home. How do I solve this?

Please check if there is members directory page set in your wp-admin -> settings -> buddypress -> pages -> members . If not then create a members page and then select it form wp-admin -> settings -> buddypress -> pages -> members: http://prntscr.com/amdip5 Also check of you have set any privacy in the members directory or profile page from wplms -> buddypress : http://prntscr.com/amdiwy If you have set any then it will not show to logged in users .

Alex thanks for the support.   I made the settings as spoken but the instructor page continues without access to the instructor's profile for those who are not logged into the site.   See the print screens and has the wrong setting?

Please make sure that your wplms theme and all its plugins are updated to the latest version . If already updated then please share admin credentials to check the issue at your end . PS : mark reply as private while sharing credentials .

I had a big problem with an update that made the theme and desconfigurou my almost every site, I had to hire an agency to correct errors and found I have some items to be updated that will not do for fear of giving the same above problems and having to ask the agency to redo it again. can analyze my data if it's ok my settings or if you really need to make updates or not? user: CursoSilkScreen Password: cssadmin180910 thank you

I checked your site and found out you have not set the settings correct, refer: http://prntscr.com/an3prl I set this setting to all, you had set it to students thats why you were getting this error. Now it works fine on your site. Please check and confirm the same.
