Problem with Dashboard Widgets

Good day! Im facing the following issue: After following this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=El7UdRb8i5M and setting different Members Dashboard for Instructors/Members. I set up the widgets I want to display in my dashboard, however I get Empty Dashboard. https://prnt.sc/wlsk0n However, if I access my Dashboard from the menu item I have placed in my MainMenu, I don't get the Dashboard component, but I do get to a Dashboard page with the widgets https://prnt.sc/wm17po If you can give me instructions on how to solve this I would greatly appreciate it, if you need access to the website let me know. Hi, You are getting empty dashboard because may be you have added widgets which are not meant for those members dashboard.
