okay I actually performed it on our site anad found that the sbscription status sets in on-hold status when user does not pays for it and I guess later the order is marked as cancelled .
to fix that I put a check in the wplms woo subscriptpions addon .
Please remove the wplms woo subscriptpions addon you already have in your site and download and install this one :
