    Dear, When I click on the "DO THIS COURSE" BUTTON, it does not perform any operation, I have investigated and searched for a solution on the support page, but I did not find any similar or similar case. The problem occurs in all courses currently on the platform, I change the course settings and nothing happens. I hope your help, thank you very much. HERNÁN PADILLA

    Hello,

    I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin URL and credentials) in a private reply to your site to take a better look at the issue.  The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.
    till then try this: this could be a third party plugin which is causing code conflicts.
    1. Please deactivate all installed 3rd party plugins.
    2. Delete browsers cache especially cache plugin.
    3. Re-save permalinks.

    maybe this is the third party plugin which is conflicting. also, make sure your theme and plugins are up to date.

    And also check that in wplms->Course manager->course status template must be set in take this course : http://prntscr.com/oiddm0

    Dear, But the Button (Continue Course) is ok, the buttons without operating are (Do this Course), a customer at the time of buying the course must go to this button (Do this Course), since there is the Purchase process begins and activates the Shopping cart, try the Course (Sample Induction), this course is with assigned product. A customer must not be in Login at the time of buying or pressing the Button (Take this course), clicking on the button leads to the purchase process. Thanks HERNÁN PADILLA
