Hi Diana, Yes in the SCORM course the icons appear, I have placed in the pre cache the link to the folder where they are: https://elearning.tecnobiz.com.ar/wp-content/uploads/package_uploads/manejo-del-estres-scorm/scormcontent/lib/fonts/icomoon.woff). The icons are in a folder that belongs to the course, that mean they can not be shared with others courses or Instructors. You said that as site administrator I have to do it once and it will work for all instructors: how can be this be done? Thanks, regards,

The icons remain same everywhere if it is once added in pre-cache resource, you need not to be added for "instructors" or "students separately I am not sure why you are thinking here that you need to add another link for instructors and then another one for administrators Icons Can Be sharable Not the content, please clear this basic thing Do share a screen recording what you are trying to convey here and I am not able to understand

Hi Diana, I have done new tests with a new student, on a new cell phone and there are icons in the H5P Unit (H5P mutiples choice) https://acaneb.org/acaneb/H5P2.jpeg and SCORM Unit https://acaneb.org/acaneb/Rise.jpeg that do not appear. For me the icons loaded in Pre Cache are not working, why could this be? Regards

I guess you re-generated service worker multiple times, due to which the URL might changed, Can you please tell me which course is this? So I can fix it for you

Hi Diana, Is the same course mentioned before: https://elearning.tecnobiz.com.ar/course/tipo-de-material/. The icons are inside the H5P and SCORM units. Regards,

Hi Diana, I agree that this item is being stretched too far, sorry I wasn't clear enough in describing the problem. The icons you are showing me in your recording I can also see them perfectly, the icons that do not appear on the screen, especially on cell phones are the ones inside the H5P and SCORM units (course own icons), as shown in the following screenshot: https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/crfnX4VVNx5. This is how H5P and SCORM courses look like when the icons are displayed correctly: https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/crfnlfVVNzp. Regards,

checking site... The main issue here is that service worker is unable to detect the icons to cache in the browser. This happens when the font description is inside a CSS file and not available in the page which is cached.

Hi Mr. Vibe, This is really a problem for SCORM and H5P courses to be displayed correctly on smartphones: is there or will there be a solution for this? Thanks, regards,

Another question could be: How can be done in order that any kind of course be displayed correctly on a smartphone?

Checking your site, Actually, the H5P CSS and fonts as well as scorm files are inside their own folder, due to which browser is not able to cache the files (fonts and css file) Enabled your service worker to check the issue
