problem with updates and plugins

hello, how are you, i have a problem when open plugins in my site or updates? when i open it my site not working for a minutes and after that works but sill not open plugins and also updates?! how to fix that? thank you,

Well on updates page there is hit made to our server and wordpress servers for updates . The issue could be due to this but not our server . What you can do is to reduce the timeout from Curl on server from php.ini or contact webhost: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/29602256/set-global-curl-timeout

i checked this and make sure the curl time out is 60 like in this https://stackoverflow.com/questions/29602256/set-global-curl-timeout and i have the same problem i know this problem not from yours but can you help me with guidance and any information to fix that problem thank you Alex,

60 seconds is more you have to put it down to 20 seconds or maximum at 30 seconds in order drastically reduce the wait time for plugin , also the more plugins you use the more time will it take to load the updates and plugins page .
