Problems with editing content for units, quizzes and assignments

Hi, We are having a lot of problems with editing units, assignments and quizzes. We have already identified that the content migrated from version 3 often causes problems in editing. So every time we need to edit something or we edit it by wordpress (sometimes it works) or we have to recreate it by the editor in version 4. Even so, we are having difficulties in simple everyday actions like inserting a video, an image or an audio. Here is a video where you can see how difficult it is to insert or edit content. You can see in the video that: - The media library does not appear complete. Sometimes we need to open the library in a new tab and copy the url of the file / image that is in the media library. - When inserting an embed later it is not possible to edit the link - Embed files and videos in a class. When trying to change the position of the elements some bug happens that I lose the content. And even if I save the class without changing the order of the elements, there is a bug that I lose the content.
