We are using a script that takes screenshot of the certificate and it does not renders the images if they are from a different source rather than the same url . So please upload all the images in your certificate from test domain your main domain and change the urls in your certificate template . The certificate is not working properly. We tested 4 different combinations of browser and operating system. The PDF is not generated in any case, and the image is only generated in Mac + Chrome, but also incorrectly.
