Well I checked your certificate and found that you are using images from a different domian in your certificate . We are using a script that takes screenshot of the certificate and it does not renders the images if they are from a different source rather than the same url . So please upload all the images in your certificate from test domain your main domain and change the urls in your certificate template  . Could you please also explain what kind of issues you get on the different browsers as well .

Hello, the changes were made. The certificate is not working properly. We tested 4 different combinations of browser and operating system. The PDF is not generated in any case, and the image is only generated in Mac + Chrome, but also incorrectly. Attached images of all cases. https://prnt.sc/g157gc  (IOS 10.2.5 Chrome 60) https://prnt.sc/g158bk (IOS 10.2.5 Safari 10) https://prnt.sc/g158n2 (WINDOWS 10  - Microsoft Edge 40.15063.0.0) https://prnt.sc/g158zk  (WINDOWS 10 - Google Chrome Version 60.0.3112.78 --> This example is that the best works, but the options of PDF and image do not appear.     Note that in addition to the broken certificate, only in one case the fonts are correct.

Hi Alex, thank you very much for the answer, but as you can see in the pictures, it does not work in many combinations. They will also have noticed that we have thousands of subscribers, and we can not currently provide them with the certificate we promised. That is why this case for us of very high importance. Thanks and sorry for my poor English.

Hello, we have made changes to the certificate template, and now the certificate is generated correctly, but it has two problems. The fonts do not work, and the PDF is not generated. https://prnt.sc/g24uao --> The direct link to the certificate: the fonts are correct https://prnt.sc/g24uu9 --> The certificate opened by a student. Font are incorrect
