Problems with the HelpDesk

Found the issue in helpdesk, You have to create a forum then at the time of topic create a forum will be selected. Create forum from https://prnt.sc/xsqltr Refer this : https://prnt.sc/xsqkf8

Hi, I have followed your instructions and it is now possible to post topics on the help desk. But, I must have done something wrong though, because if a student posts a topic and the instructor replies to it, the student does not see the reply. On the other hand, the menu on my site does not show "Engagements", which I see in the HelpDesk instructions (see: https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/crVU3dRDBX). What am I doing wrong? The engagement part is not supported in vibebp app removed from already tab list https://prnt.sc/xuskn6 Replies now showing issue has been fixed at my end please share your FTP details I'll directly update the plugin for fixes.
