Profile Menu Font Size

For some reason the text in the student/instructor profile navigation menu is very large-much large than it appeared on the demo site and larger than my header menus. I cannot find where to change this font size. Do I need to enter code to do this, or is there an option within WPLMS that I am missing somewhere? Thank you.

Thank you... I found out that it was the single menu font size I was trying to change (in the body), but did not realize that was what that menu was called until I saw a diagram on your link above.
