    @ceposs, I have run a test twice for that plugin that we sent you above and I was not able to replicate the issue  with or without  in course quiz enabled: Refer this video: https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cFhVl7bqDj Please provide URL of the course and your quiz name in which this issue is appearing along with steps to replicate.
