    Hi there, as your mail replay i update all the plugins and themes but the quiz question part answer problem remain same and auto evaluation not working. Would you please help me?

    Okay just checked the issue .you have customized the theme code directly into plugin and theme files which we do not recommend at all . you have commented out some codes and also added some custom codes directly into core files . When you update the plugins and theme the changes made by you will be gone as update replace the whole plugin and theme folder with the new files .   During your customization there is some line breaks (enter ) added before the <?php tag or after the ?> (closing php) tag . This is creating issues in the javascript that submits the quiz . YOu will have to check in each of the files you changed for the new line before the <?php tag or after the ?> (closing php) tag in order to resolve the quiz issue .

    Hello, as #alex told you, you have tried to modify the codes directly. one of them is creating the issue. we do not know in which file you have made changes. maybe you have not done it, it could be a third party plugin. the only remaining solution is to deactivate all third-party plugins then manually update your theme. refer: https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/manually-updating-wplms/ if there is any default plugin in which you made changes then deactivate that plugin and install again. it will resolve the issue.
