Quiz Error Loading Data

in my case, when student accessing the quiz in a course, sometimes they got "error loading data" when accessing, but sometimes they're not (succeed to accessing quiz). Why this happen and how to handle it?

On my screen recorder, I showed you that the problem is when we're taking the quiz inside the course as a student, not on frontend course creation. Maybe it sounds doesn't make sense, but yes it happen. Sometimes the student can't take the quiz because of error loading data, but sometimes this "error loading data" not happen. What's the possibilities caused this error? From the server side or maybe when the student too fast to move between previous unit & quiz?
