    Hello, The quizzes hang on and not resume. After set quiz time they appear as Quiz finished after a refresh. Will appreciate help ASAP. Thanks

    Can you please share url of that quiz in which this issue is appearing along with steps to replicate the issue and admin credentials . Ps : mark reply as private while sharing credentials .

    Well I just checked your site and tried the quiz . Quiz is actually hanged . Then I disabled the email touch point for start quiz and submit quiz .This time quiz works fine . So the issue is appearing due to touch point enabled to send email on start/submit quiz is trying to send email .The email sending process is taking too much time and your php maximum execution limit gets exhausted . Could you please share your  server php error log(upload it somewhere online and share its link here) for this to check this issue at your end in more detail . Currently is have disabled the email touch points for quiz to make quiz work again .
