Quiz Issues

Hello, We are facing some issues in our website. Please solve them as soon as possible.

1. Students are unable to uncheck any marked answer in the quiz i.e if a user selects any  option there is no way to deselect the option and unattempt the question.
2. If any quiz has negative marking then unattempted questions in the quiz are also treated as incorrect answers  and marks are deducted.
3. Is any way, we can logout all users at the same time?
4. We are not getting the results of the students who have scored negative marks in quiz stats.

When we download result from quiz stats, only results of students with positive marks are show in the downloaded list. We are unable to see the result of students who have scored negative marks.
