Quiz Question Appears at End of Quiz

When I get to the fifth and last question of my quiz, the following image appears when I submit the quiz: https://livefaith.tv/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/QuizError.png This question is defined as Multiple Choice with the 4th answer as the correct answer. Why does it 1) show the question, even though it marks it correct? 2) why does it have red lines around the other three answers that I did not select as if they should have been? I would expect no questions to appear at the end, especially a correct one that looks like it is incorrect because of the red lines. Thanks for your help.
