Quiz questions not displaying in front end

After updating the theme plugins as well as wordpress 4.5.1. Whenever we create quiz it's not coming in front. with in admin access sometimes it shows just 7 questions even when I have submitted over 30 questions in backend. It recursive problem not able to create any more new quiz. Immediate reply will be solicited.

a. The question list is set for every participant including the Instructor or the administrator. b. This question list set when you first view the quiz. c. So, if you have 7 questions and you view the quiz, you'll always see 7 questions as this set is fixed for you. d. So if you add more questions after this set, then it will not appear as the quesiton set is fixed. e. To reset the question set, you need to reset the quiz which can be done by resetting the Course or Resettting quiz submission or Retaking the quiz.   Let me know if this helps.

Now, WPLMS has 2 types of quizzes, Static and Dynamic. This limitation comes from the fact that when you view a single quiz page the quiz timeline needs to be set, which shows the questions list. So, whenever a user sees a quiz this list must be set. Although for static this limitation can be bypassed for static quizzes for dynamic quizzes this still needs to be followed. So to avoid this confusion this is set for stand alone quizzes for both static and dynamic quizzes.   -- There is also a pending issue to bypass this limitation for instructor and administrators which is something covered in the 2.1 update released early next month with major quiz/assignment improvements.

We have tested the same at our localhost. We have reset the quiz as well as course to 5 times retake option. Quiz has over 100 questions with 30 dynamics and 70 uniques questions. We simulated the environment as a new customer/user we bought it shows only 30 questions while attempting and also quiz also getting timed out in just 2-3 minutes. we can showcase on teamviewer if you want. We cannot do much changes on main website we are only experimenting on our local host.

This can only be possible in following way : 1. You have set the quiz as dynamic and have set the dynamic quiz question to only 30 . refer : http://prntscr.com/azoau2 2. The tag that you have selected for dynamic quiz may only have 30 questions . (Only 30 question have that same tag ) .
