Quiz won't let users submit answers

Hey! I'm having some issues with questions: Issue One: For some reason, users are unable to submit questions, no matter the type. I have "allow comments" turned on. Is there something I'm missing? Issue Two Also, for fill-in-the-blank questions, they can't write anything in the fill-in-the-blank box. (see below)   Issue Three: Also, I'm trying to use the shortcode [question id=#] to insert practice questions, but the shortcode is not working... Am I doing anything wrong?   Thanks so much for your help!!

Ugh, now I'm having a "No Quiz Found !" message... :(
