Quizzes already filled in

Hello, First, let me explain my scenario: I'm training over 100 students that work in an institution using 3 computers, i.e. they are trained in groups of 3 sharing these 3 computers under the supervision of the instructor. After aproximately 30-40 successful trainings, now some of the students are reporting that the quizzes are already filled in!!! The instructor then tries to reset the quiz for the student and reboot the machine but the problem persists! Only when the student switches to another computer then the problem is "solved". Please, what can be done to prevent this? Thank you. Regards, Rodrigo

ok could you please share the steps you are taking so that i can replicate the isssue at my end. are users logging out and  then logging again or you are using same user accounts for all students ? *share users credentials who is having this trouble and also course url.
