Hi,
As you can see in the image, the rating graph should not display two full yellow blocks but one full line at 5, and a small one at 4 grade.
The average rate is 4.9. It means that most of students have given a 5. This is not what we can read on the yellow graph.
Do you see ?
In addition to that, I have a "7" in the yellow line for 4. And I don't have any numbers in the 5 yellow line.
How can it be solved ?

This is strange can you just try to add a dummy review from a test user and check this gain .
Please also share url of your course and admin credentials to check this ?

Please make sure that you theme and all its plugins are updaetd to te latest .
MAke sure that the comments moderation is OFF from settings -> discussion :

and then try adding a review as a dummy student .

There is not much cleared from the screenshots.
Can you please just try adding a fake review in your course and check again the count and breakdown .
Please also check if you haev trashed some comments (reviews) in the course .
In my first screenshot, 4 stars ans 5 stars rating count don't appear. Only 3 stars count.
And in my second screeenshot, 5 stars count doesn't appear. ( I have only 5 stars rating in this course)
I have this issue since I update to v2.0.

Please make sure that your wplms theme and all it plugins are updated to latest .
Please check these four points .
1. Make sure that the comment moderation if off .
MAke sure that the comments moderation is OFF from settings -> discussion : http://prntscr.com/apa5z9
2. Check if have trashed comments in course ever ?
3. Please also check the comments are in spam ?
4. Try adding a fake review as a test student and check this again.

I just see this issue appear with course created before v2.0. With new courses, it works fine.

Yep in previous version we did not update the rating and average ratings when the comment is approved .
Form version 2.0 we added the code to update the ratings and average ratings on comment approval also .
However you can quick fix this by adding a review as a test user in your courses .
