I am still having problems with the appointment plugin

The thing is , I cannot do anything in the appointment directory search settings

I have been taking my time to build this website on my own without any assistance because I want to be doubly sure. That is why I am doing everything to ensure that I get it right before launching so as to guide against losing credibility with the potential clients that I am looking to attract. What I want with the appointment is just a simple booking for now, the instructor can arrange with students for live coaching his own way. Can you please help me sort it out?
