redirection to home page when admin is logged in

hi support team, when an admin loggued in my site using credentials screen in "www.abc.fr/wp-admin" , he is not redirected directly to the admin panel. He is redirected to the home screen and then he need to type a new time in the borwzer "www.abc.fr/wp-admin" to access to admin panel. how can I disable this setting. thanks
