    Hi Your product is great, but it doesn't fit my need. In your sales conditions you say it's possible to have a refund, I have ask on envento website, but haven't hear from you. Could you give me some newS? Thanks

    but if you want to make refund then

    We accept all refund requests within a 30 day period. If your 30 day period crossed then please share more details like site link and some feedback why you want a refund. Also, make sure the theme is no longer activated in your site.

    We just have 4 courses, and we just do online zoom meeting. There is to steps to do... I have read the documentation, but I manage to find a solution, just by using Elementor, and few other plugin. I think I will comeback one day, but When our school will grow, for the moment your solutions is just overkill for my needs Thanks to proceed for the refund

    we are unable to locate your raise for the refund we will not get that until Envato responds to it we can't proceed to that until they respond on your raised ticket.
