Hi there, I've issued a refund request on Envato/ThemeForest 9 days ago and am still waiting for a reply. I'm 21 days into purchasing the license; I have 9 days left on the 30-day refund policy. I hope this refund request won't get dragged out past 9 days so that I'm not eligible anymore. :( Please let me know if you'd like more information from me. Thanks.

The time at which you created the refund request will be considered, not the time that has passed, so be assured. We usually approve refunds on Sunday's. Will do it this week. Thanks. If you want to give the theme another shot let me know, we need to confirm that the purchase code is not in use which takes some time.
