I created an Instructor Registration page: http://selfhelptrainings.com/instructor-registration/ However, it seems that Register button does not work when I click on it. It looks inactive. I appreciate if you can help fix this issue. Thanks, Kamran

ok, I checked your website the issue is coming due to the js error on your page, refer: http://prntscr.com/dz5a9e The error is coming from the captcha, I guess you have not set the key in the re-captcha you are using. So please add the key to resolve this issue.
