Register in wplms page Not working

Hello Team Vibe   We are working on production server/ Testing i am facing issue on http://ashokbhamla.com/lms/register-in-wplms/ Register page when fill the data and push to register button it cannot work for me how i can do this please reply ASAP. Thanks Regard Ashok Bhamla

We are unable to replicate the issue . Seems to be issue with your customization or a third party plugin . Try deactivating the third party plugin and use the original register page template . Check if the from tag is closing properly .

i am not using any thirdparty plugin

It seems this is due to the customizations.Please try using the simple register page in your ,maybe the form tag is not closing properly or there may be some sort of javascript that is preventing the form to submit.
