Register not working

Hi, please see duckyouclub.com Somehow I cannot register. I have the register tick in Setting -> general Facebook is working fine but not google and regular register   Also, I have some problem when starting course:   Thanks!

Hi.. my register page stop working too. Pleace advice! I remove allcodes on wplms-customizer.php and deactivate last plugins that i was instaled Also i was update all plugins When i try to register the page just refresh and there is no new user registration. https://securityacademy.com/register/ I try to manage new custom registration form for students but it does not work also... when i click Register button, the button just freeze https://securityacademy.com/reg2/ What can be the reason and how can i fix that?

Hi @aboutkrin , i checked registration in your site and its working fine . refer video : http://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cbiw2zlz4g I found that you have your theme to be updated to latest version 2.9.2 but not vibe or wplms plugins . Please update plugins too . check js errors on your continue course page . Please clear all kind of caches and disable caches for a while and again check this issue .
