Registeration Not Working

The registration process on my website is not working. This happens before I update. But after I have updated both wordpress and wplms to latest, the problem persists. Symptom: After I have filled the form and submit the application, the POST request get 302 as status. Then it is redirected to Home page without showing a sucessful/failed or please check email message. At the back end, there is no record (the user name not showing up in ‘pending’ or ‘Manage Signup’) of this application. The user did not get activation email either. This is what I have done. 1. I disabled all the plugin including bp and use a 2015 theme. Wordpress registration and activation works well. 2. I activate bbpress plugin, and it still worked. 3. I activate buddypress. Registration is in Register Page, and I can not register any more (and there is no error message in SCRIPT_DEBUG). I am redirected to Home after Submit. 4. I edit Setting>General, change ip to url, remove www or add www back, it does stop to redirect to Home without www. But login wise, it is no help.

1. I revert back to full site and the problem persist.  I updated to wordpress 4.4.1 and WPLMS2.0 and the problem is still there.

  I had track the web log and found the POST request is sent as attached at the bottom.

I checked your site and the issue was that buddypress registration form needs atleast name field which it uses to generate profile link . I do not know how you removed that field or it how it got removed but I added the name field and registration form worked .

Thanks Alex. It all worked now. My client requires to remove the name field because they want to simplify the registering process and only ask for name later on when ppl actually buys service.
