Registration email not sent and translation issues

Hello,

1. I have a problem. When I register myself as a user, I don't get the registration email to validate my account. And if I delete the accournt, then I get an email confirming the deletion of the account.

I spent hours looking for the solution. Could you help me please?

1. I have a second problem, the button on the registration form is in english not in french not in french and I would like to change the content. It is the same problem when I validate the form, I have a message titled "Activate your account" instead of "Activez votre compte"

It is working fine at our test setup with the wp mail smtp plugin . Can you please check this with the wp mail smtp plugin with all other third party plugins deactivated .
