Registration field not working

hi thanks for the video but with video the issue is not so clear can you please share the URL and steps to regenerate the issue? so we will be able to replicate it is it happening at a time when the user clicks on the registration button on the site? or it is happening when the user clicks on the link provided in the activation link?
