Registration Form for Student and Instructors

Hi I've created registration forms for Both students and Instructors. I want these forms to be in place of the following form https://www.dropbox.com/s/vm5mp5z34ec57ji/Screen%20Shot%202020-11-24%20at%2014.50.15.png?dl=0 The user should have a choice to register as a student or an instructor. The next is we want to have the users to activate their account. Are you able to show how to do this in steps? I am using WPLMS 4.095
