Registration issue

I have two issues, hopefully they can help me:

1. Sometimes when the student pay a course, buying WooCommerce is registered, but the system does not create the user.

2. For other hand, Sometimes when the users pay, it is not automatically access the course.

Why can these problems be happening? and I have to manually add the course.

1. Okay can you please check if you have enabled the Guest checkout from wp-admin -> woocommerce -> settings -> checkout . If yes then please disable it . refer: http://prntscr.com/cppm2r 2.
